Service and users

Cloudhider provides website proxying and protection, DNS management, regional routing and separate Minecraft Java protection features. Connect only resources you are authorized to manage. Availability of specific capabilities depends on configuration and node readiness.

During registration, the user explicitly accepts these terms. The service records the date, language, version and hashes of the displayed documents. Acknowledging the privacy policy does not consent to marketing.

Account and team

Use an accurate email address, protect credentials and manage invited participants. Workspace owners are responsible for assigned roles and authorized activity. Report suspected compromise to support.

Connection and limitations

Operation requires correct DNS, ownership verification, certificates and an available origin. Special regional routing requires Cloudhider nameservers. External DNS caches may delay changes.

Protection does not guarantee the absence of attacks, vulnerabilities or outages and is limited by network and infrastructure capacity. Minecraft Java features are a separate TCP beta; Bedrock/UDP support and protection guarantees against upstream network saturation are not offered.

Subscriptions and trial

Standard costs RUB 1,990 per calendar month; Special region costs RUB 4,990 per calendar month. One subscription covers one registrable domain and all its subdomains. Game server services are not part of the domain subscription.

A three-day Standard trial is available for the first eligible domain after connection, ownership and TLS checks. Special region is excluded. Recreating a resource does not grant another trial.

Same-plan renewal adds a calendar month to the current term. Changing an active plan requires an administrator; automatic proration is unavailable. Existing resources and platform-administrator workspaces may have separate free conditions shown in the cabinet.

Payment and activation

Cryptocurrency payments use the 2328.io checkout. The invoice price is in RUB; the cryptocurrency amount, network, fees and expiry are displayed by the payment provider before transfer. Check the network and invoice details carefully. There are no automatic wallet charges or automatic renewals.

Access activates after the provider confirms a matching payment. Returning from checkout does not confirm payment. Underpayment, wrong networks, provider restrictions or mismatching details may require manual review. Do not pay twice before the first payment status is clarified.

Expiry and ending use

Proxying may pause when paid or trial access expires; the cabinet, settings and DNS records remain available. The origin address is not automatically published instead of the protected address. In-app reminders do not renew access.

Cancellation and refunds

To cancel further service or request a refund, contact @tghelpsup with your account email, domain and invoice ID. If payment cannot be found, include the transaction hash and network. Explaining the issue helps us investigate but is not a condition for exercising a statutory cancellation right.

Before transferring funds, we verify the payer, payment ownership, funds actually received and previous refunds. A screenshot alone does not prove receipt. Proportionate verification may be required to prevent fraud; we never request passwords, seed phrases, private keys or one-time codes. Verification does not override statutory deadlines.

For voluntary cancellation, settlement considers services actually delivered and documented costs directly related to fulfilling the order, only as permitted by law and without double deductions. Provider and network fees are considered only with a lawful basis and supporting evidence. No cancellation penalty, fixed refund percentage or automatic deduction of the entire monthly price applies. A calculation is available on request.

Payment is not a deposit or currency exchange transaction. Cryptocurrency price movements alone do not entitle a user to exchange gains at Cloudhider’s expense. The monetary obligation follows the order price and applicable law; the asset, network, exchange rate and cryptocurrency refund amount are agreed before transfer. Unused service time is reviewed individually on cancellation, while rights concerning defective service remain intact.

Refunds are arranged through the provider or another lawful method after verifying the recipient. Funds are not sent to arbitrary third-party addresses. An exchange withdrawal must not automatically be refunded to its sender address, which may be a shared wallet. Previous confirmed refunds and compensation are accounted for to avoid reimbursing the same amount twice.

Wrong networks, addresses, underpayments, overpayments and payments after invoice expiry require provider review. Technical recovery is not guaranteed; funds confirmed as received are not automatically retained merely because of an error. The absence of a self-service refund button does not restrict support requests. Mandatory rights under applicable law take precedence.

Acceptable use

Unauthorized access, malware distribution, phishing, attacks on other systems, violations of applicable law and bypassing Cloudhider access controls are prohibited. Affected resources may be restricted in response to confirmed abuse or infrastructure threats. Contact support to review the situation and restore lawful use.

Data, support and changes

The privacy policy describes data processing. Technical, subscription, payment and data support is available at Telegram @tghelpsup. Include the domain and issue details, but never passwords or private keys. A 24/7 response or separate SLA is not promised without a specific agreement.

Updates carry a revision date. Material changes affecting an existing subscription require any notice or consent mandated by applicable law. Mandatory user rights remain unaffected.
