What to include

Include the domain or resource name, the error and when it occurred. For payments, include the invoice ID or transaction hash. Redact secrets from screenshots.

Never send passwords, seed phrases, private keys or one-time codes. Support does not need them to verify a payment.

Cancellation, refunds and data

Use the same contact for cancellation, refunds, account closure or personal data requests. Ownership verification may be required to protect the account.
