Scope

This policy describes data processing for cloudhider.ru visitors, cabinet users and technical requests passing through connected resources. Owners of connected websites are responsible for informing their visitors and establishing lawful grounds for their own services.

Data processed

Account data includes email, password hash, security settings, sessions and email verification information. Enabling two-factor authentication requires protected storage of its secrets and recovery information.

Resource data includes domains, DNS records, origin addresses, security and routing settings, team members and roles.

Technical data includes IP address, time, hostname, request path and method, response status, transfer size and duration, User-Agent, browser signals and protection decisions. Proxying requires technical processing of request and response content for delivery. Do not place secrets in URLs: request addresses may appear in diagnostic logs.

Payment data includes the selected plan, invoice amount and currency, order and payment identifiers, status and subscription dates. Support may request a transaction hash and other information you provide to investigate a payment.

Purposes and legal grounds

Data is used for accounts, authentication, service delivery, access control, infrastructure security, payments, diagnostics and support. Grounds include performing a contract or steps you request, applicable legal obligations and other grounds permitted by applicable law. Separate consent must be obtained where required; this policy does not replace it.

Cookies and browser storage

Session and browser-verification cookies and local storage support authentication, protection, language and interface preferences. Deleting them may end a session or reset preferences.

Infrastructure and recipients

Traffic is processed on selected nodes in Russia and Germany; technical analytics is stored on a German node. Special routing uses REG.RU hosting infrastructure. Consider visitor data processing locations when selecting routes. Lawful grounds and mandatory procedures for international transfers depend on applicable requirements.

Payments are processed by 2328.io under its own terms and privacy policy. Cloudhider sends invoice information and receives payment status. Support is available through Telegram, which also processes messages under its own rules. Never send passwords, seed phrases, private keys or two-factor codes to support.

Retention

Current retention settings keep detailed traffic events for up to 7 days and IP history for up to 30 days. Aggregated counters may be retained longer for historical statistics. Account, resource, payment and support records are retained as necessary for service delivery, legal duties or dispute resolution. Cleanup and backups may have separate cycles; immediate removal of every copy is not promised.

Security and your rights

Controls include workspace access restrictions, encrypted connections, password hashing and encryption of sensitive configuration. These measures reduce risk but do not guarantee absolute security.

Contact @tghelpsup to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or withdrawal of consent. Account ownership verification may be required. Requests are handled according to applicable deadlines and lawful retention grounds. Withdrawing consent or deleting required data can prevent delivery of the related service.

Updates

The current version is published here with its revision date. Changes requiring separate notice or consent are not deemed accepted merely because a new version is published.
